They were looking for a larger home, since they entertain a lot. We viewed some foreclosures and found some good deals, but nothing they loved.
One of the builders emailed me about a reduction in pricing as we coincidentally pulled up to look at a DIFFERENT model. Upon entering the office, we noticed homes that have been selling in the $230's were now listed at $188-193k.
These were the same homes that were being built for $330 just 2 years ago.
This home has a wow factor to it. 22'ceilngs in the family room, 3 car garage, not your ordinary cracker jack box. This home has "the look" The home is 3000sqft. Spec price $188-196k
I apologize to Tina & Dave, but pictured is the home that they DIDN'T choose. Pictured is the $196k one. They chose the one next to it, same floor plan, but I don't have pictures saved on my laptop!
