In the fall of 2008 my wife and I began our search for a home in the Phoenix area. We’ve always dreamed of being able to escape our Canadian winters, and with the “opportunities” created by the unfortunate state of the Arizona housing market, we felt the time was right.

When we found what we were looking for, he skillfully guided us through the process of making an offer and closing on the property. His advice saved us thousands of dollars. But that wasn’t the end of his involvement.

Time and space prevented us from being there until about a month after we took possession. In that month he literally ”baby-sat” the house for us! He even took the time to deal with a weed problem in the front yard!
