Here is a quick breakdown of the Phoenix area numbers as of 9/23/08



52,409 properties total on the market



9,120 are either condos,townhomes or manufactured!



The most expensive home is $29,000,000 for a 10,000 sqft home on 173 acres in Sedona!



11,408 lots/parcels of land for sale! (the most expensive is $48,000,000 for 500 acres in Buckeye)


8,870 properties for rent, the priciest being for $25,000 per month in Fountain Hills!
