Here's a thought. When you have a real life person that would like to AND makes a written offer on your listing, then MAYBE you should return the phone call and 2 emails.
I wonder if the bank that you represent has any idea how inept you are at actually selling their listings???
I understand that everyone is busy, and it must be nice to be able to afford ignoring written offers, but there are real LIVE people on the other end of them trying to plan their lives. You my friend get 2 thumbs down!
